Had a realization that I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR TO WORK. It was a moment of helplessness and in a desperate frenzy (my excuses are getting better ahem), I did some online shopping ehehehe.

Hope the clothes are of decent quality and look like what the pictures show! I hate it when I buy a top thinking it’s a nice pastel yellow shade and it turns out some shitty cheapo-looking neon yellow shade. That was directed at you, Hollyhoque. Wahlau pissed.

Anyway, here are my buys!

Ya they are all shades of black but hai, I don’t have enough staples in my wardrobe yet to be buying outlandish statement pieces. Aboden I will invite “Is she wearing that again?!” discussions.

Buying shades of black when online shopping is also the safest way to avoid getting a shock when I see the actual colour. I mean grey is grey & black is black.

Ehhh anyway I’m going out now hehe bai.

Update: Received all the items today! Mightily fast, dontcha think? Love fast deliveries! The items are all gorgeous & of good material & fit very prettily. ♥ Good buys!!! Happy. :)

This is part of my cubicle wall at work! Hehe bought materials from some stationery shop to decorate it and I wuv it muchies. Makes my days so much better. I spent more than $20 on the materials though hehe DON’T TELL MY BF shhh.

Anyway, the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of my office is terrible. If I don’t wipe my desk, a thin layer of dust-like small black particles form! It’s so scary that I don’t even use the cup I put at the office. I can’t imagine how much dust settles overnight & I don’t think those germs can be washed away man. Ews.

I feel damn tempted to Dettol everything I see & I’m quite reluctant to actually touch the keyboard. :( And I’m not even that dust-phobic a person!

*whine* I hate how dirty the place isss. :(

If you remember my emo nemo blog post on 14 March, you would know that I gave away the kitten to an adopter. I was wondering if it was the right decision. Turns out it was a horrible decision and I paid my karma very shortly afterwards.

Shall not say too much about the adoptee’s family but the kitten was looking very frail, thin & scared when I decided to take him back 2 weeks after. And he seemed so grateful that I went back for him that he immed fell asleep in the cat carrier after I put him in. Haha sigh.

Well the mum has relented (and is also pretty heartbroken that he suffered so much in 2 weeks), and he is now an official part of the family. :)

His name’s Handsome! The bf & I have this system of naming “our” pets… it started with

  • Emily (our hall cat),
  • Felicia (another hall cat),
  • G was supposed taken up by Kitty but no one could think of a decent cat name that started with G so he just remained Kitty
  • H for Handsome!

Anyway he is just a very cute & furry lil thing… and he’s on great terms with both his older brothers now so all is good!! He spends most of his time pouncing on Kitty & chewing on his head, or hugging Maomao’s legs & occassionally suckling it. *facepalm*
