Shopping Diary for 29th September, 2008
Sep 29th
More online buys, cough cough. First up we have an Evian Brumisateur.

Fancy description for water spray, har har. Eh but this is supposed to do lots of fancy stuff like seal in moisture, keep pores hydrated and et cetra rubbish okay! (Witness the self justification.)
Also bought a green tunic from eBay.
Hur hur! The material is a little thinner than I expected, but aiyah, it’s pwetty enough for $12.90.
Shopping makes me happy.
Kungfu Kitty
Sep 29th
I have nothing about myself to talk about, unless you want details of my upcoming quizzes.
… I didn’t think so.
So, the most meaningful thing that’s happened to me in the past 2 months or so is probably my neighbour’s wedding last night. She’s been my neighbour for the past 20 years or so, and we played together quite a lot when we were young.
So it kind of hit me how old I’m becoming when I found out that she was getting married. Har har.
She held it in Goodwood Park Hotel’s Tudor Ballroom… a really nice (and godly expensive – according to the Dad) place.
This was the mandatory gift thingy.
It reads,
Life is a flower of which Love is the honey.
The sentence makes no cow sense whatsoever to me. Honey is produced by bees… I mean, it’s indirectly related to flowers cos of the pollen I suppose… but still. I don’t know why it just doesn’t make any sense to me. Someone? Anyone?
Anyway, you must be wondering why the title is Kungfu Kitty when there’s no mention of kitty at all. You are wrong. Fwahahaha!
Sidenote: As I type, kitty is twitching (very cute-ly) in his sleep. I suspect he’s dreaming of chasing mice or something.
KItty’s favourite hobby- preventing me from using my mouse properly.
Curled up in a ball.
…and the inspiration for the title of my post,
Seriously! I have no idea how he sleeps this soundly in this pose! Won’t have muscle cramp meh?
Why I haven’t been blogging much.

Shopping Diary for 22nd September, 2008
Sep 22nd
This arrived in the mail today!
Been wanting to get a new tote for some time, hee. <3 it!
Bidded on quite a lot of some other stuff too. (Cough) I realise buying certain stuff online from international sites is a lot cheaper than buying it in Singapore! Yay!
I also have a new resolution to stop buying cheap handbags that look cheap. It’s an expensive resolution. =\
Free air tickets from Tiger Airways, lykRLY!
Sep 21st
I finally have an excuse to post up century old photos of my previous trips. Hur hur. You know, I remember how it used to be super expensive to travel anywhere by air. Nowadays I see so many poor students (like me) who can afford to go overseas with their own savings!
So, yay for budget airlines (e.g. Tiger Airways)!
These are photos from my HK trip way back in 2005 with my JC classmates.
First up, an exciting photo!
The purpose of the photo below was not to take Chong Han, but the guy behind haahahhaa. Cheap thrills.
Kat doing what we all (not so) secretly want to do.
Group shot at some park.
The scariest theme park ride of my life! No, not the ferris wheel. -_-”
Us wearing our class tee at the HK airport. My shirt dunno disappear to where already! Sigh.
Looking at these photos make me super nostalgic lah! Bahs. I need a holiday! Do you? Just join the Ping.sg-Tiger Airways “Share Your Holiday” contest!
Tiger Airways is currently celebrating its 4th anniversary by having a special birthday fares starting from S$0.04 to various destinations.
Tiger Airways is Asia Pacific’s true low fare airline. It offers passengers not only one of the lowest possible airfares in the market, but safe, reliable and convenient point-to-point air travel as well. Tiger Airways now flies to more than 27 destinations across 9 countries in Asia-Pacific on a fleet of brand new Airbus A320 aircraft.
