I went to the doctor after 3 days of barely speaking. I couldn’t take it anymore. I had a presentation both yesterday, and today. I was speaking like a demure little girl because I couldn’t project at all.

This sore throat of mine feels different from my other sore throats because it isn’t like a very coarse or dry feeling. I feel a sharp pain in my throat everytime I swallow or try to speak. It is horrible man.

Anyway, I remember talking to Arzhou on MSN, and he was speculating the cause of this… he mentioned that Rinaz, who I met on Sunday with the Pingsters (the day my sore throat started) was experiencing the exact same thing…

The doctor kinda confirmed it. “It’s a viral infection. You must have caught it somewhere on Sunday. You just plucked your wisdom tooth, very vulnerable.” I just checked her blog, and the medicine I got is exactly the same as mine. >.<”

Rinaz… if you’re reading this, how long did you take to recover?

Update: Rinaz says it’s not her. Which means it’s some mysterious active virus carrier I passed by that day; I’ll never know who!

I don’t think its me. For a virus infection you’d need to be infected with a person who is actively sick with the virus and I’m already recovering on Sunday. Moreover I don’t have a sharp feeling type of sore throat, just very very very dry feeling.

I recovered in about a week’s time
