Went for a hair cut today, after looking at the many gorgeous models in magazines with lucious locks. Before I go into it, I have to state that I have fine, soft hair that is very hard to tangle. I’m not trying to be conceited, hah, I can’t help it if I have healthy hair okay!

Anyway, the girl washing my hair obviously used the wrong type of shampoo for my hair. (P/s: She scratched my head like nobody’s business. But I’ve learnt to expect less. Scratching seems to be part of their procedure. P/p/s: I hate it.) Or, they have very lousy shampoo at Pro Trim. Bad news either way.

When I use my usual pharmacy brands like Pantene, L’Oreal, Dove, my hair still turns out very silky, without conditioner. After she did her thang, I got so many knots in my hair that I almost died when she was violently brushing them out. @#$%^&!

I’ve never had to detangle my hair ever leh. Sometimes when I’m too lazy to brush my hair after I shower, it’s still tangle-free after it dries naturally. Bah! That’s how bad it was! I’m very anal about people who ruin my hair bleah.

Then she decided to blow dry my hair. It was fine, until she decided to care less about the cord flying around and rubbing on my face. The same cord that makes friends with bacteria on the floor of their salon when it’s not being used. Eurgh.

I have to state that I still love my stylist though. His name is Vin, and the time he takes to carefully cut my hair brings tears to my eyes. It’s not his fault that the assistants who wash hair, and/or their hair products suck.

I don’t think I’m going back again though. I’m too annoyed.
