Went to K-box with the (ex)class today after yet another project meeting (5 of us were at FAL for project meetings before going to K-box – not planned. SIGH much?). Anyway, It’s quite obvious they are dying to attract more customers by offering more value for money, because this
is what we got for $14.50 nett for 9 people. Seriously, I’ve never seen so much stuff on K-box’s table before. Haha. It’s a pity we ate lunch just before coming here… no one could manage to eat much.
There were sotong sticks, octopus balls, chips, fries, spring rolls… a (very) far cry from their miserable square bowl of snacks that cost $5 each last time, I would say. I still don’t understand why everything served at a karaoke place is fried though. -_-” We are actually supposed to sing, no?
These are Huimin, Kah Wee and Jeremy being camwhores. I wanted to take a candid shot, but noooo, everybody had to pose.
Chong Han looking welly stressed by the song he’s singing, hahaha. And er, Hui Min doing what she’s doing most of the time. (read: binging) Look at her face! Haha!
Didn’t bother to take many photos cos the flash was quite disturbing in the dark room, hehe. Ate at the food centre nearby after that, and went to search for a secluded void deck to… what else? Play bridge. Hah.
T’was fun (always is) with these people. Pity we’re all so busy we don’t get to meet up much. We went home quite early partially because Chong Han’s mum was quite scared the terrorist who escaped will come for us.
By the way… the building that K-box is in is so dilapidated (seriously, I went for piano classes at Yamaha there when I was 4 and they haven’t renovated once -_-) that the hinge of one of their lifts came off.
Good thing they have 2.
