Omnious grey clouds
The hint of sunshine

A distant rumble

Had dinner with Larry yesterday at Newton… it’s been a long time since I had stingray, or hao jian, or chicken wings, or sugar cane… or char kway teow… Just the mention of these make me hungry all over again… *drool*

We were both full to the brim! Hee. Didn’t manage to snap the chicken wings; was too mesmerised by their glossy barbequed exterior… drenched in lime juice… *drool* x 10! We were just going to leave… when it started pouring catz and dawgz. Sigh.The blind guy strumming the guitar didn’t help much. It seemed like whenever he sang anything, the rain would become heavier. And then he was singing some chinese song about rain some more! Faints! To think he could see the humour in our plight.

We decided to walk to the MRT when the rain got smaller…

The gloomy walk to Newton MRT, frought with puddles and rain, and no umbrella.

Got home in 1 piece. Thanks for sending me back lei. And for the company!

I was cleaning my room, when I found a card that a friend gave to me a long time ago. She wrote on the back:

I think… God finds me when I need him the most. Haha. I feel kind of weird to be saying this, but oh well. Feeling a bit guilty. *sheepish grin*
